How to export Claude chat history without losing formatting?

Our team has been using Claude for research and documentation but we keep struggling to save conversations in a usable format.

Copy-paste into Google Docs breaks all code blocks and tables. Browser print to PDF grabs the entire UI and looks messy. I found a data export in Settings but it outputs JSON which most of my colleagues cannot open.

Has anyone found a reliable way to export Claude chat — something that outputs clean PDF or plain text without manual cleanup? Would be great to hear what workflows others are using, especially for team or documentation purposes.
