I join a UK MNC(regional office)in Singapore a mth ago.I am a MCSE and I am drawing below SGD2.5K per mth, in IT line for around 2 1/2 years. After I join the company, I make a lot of improvement to the work flow, in my area of work, in my dept and as well as the need of the users. I was enthusiastic about the job and I am quite contented of which line of IT I want to be but only $$$ that is bothering me. Sometimes I had to had local purchase but I don’t had a credit card as my pay fall below the minimum sum(SGD30k) set by the Govt to the credit card company.Even a debit card means no use to me.
1. How should I fight for the pay that is required of the job as I had handle 60 usrs?
2. On what grounds should I ask for the pay justified of the job and justified the requirement of the credit card?
