How to get IT job in USA?

I have MCP NT4, MCP W2K, A+ Network, 4 years in small to medium networks administration and implementation, exelent PC Hardware knowleges. I wana get job in US, but cannot find it. Nobody even contact me. I dont want to have $100K / year, I understand that for new starter in US it is inposible. But I cant believe that US IT dont need peoples like me. At present i live in Lithuania (East Europe).
