How to hide Disconnect button in TS

Good Evening Everyone,
I’m looking for a way to prevent Terminal Service users from clicking the X-button on the upper right hand corner i.e. how to gray out the X-button. By disabling the X-button, users can only Logoff rather than disconnect the session.
Please advise.
