How to install 2 OS on RAID0,consisting of 3 HDD?

3 hdd have been combined in one RAID0 volume.
I want to have XP and Ultimate.How many partitions of that RAID0 should i have?And what kind of partitions,to run 2 OS.And drivers,should i install any RAID drivers?And when?
