How to install WU-FTPD with Red Hat 8.0

I am new to Linux and so far I love the RH OS 8.0.
I’m trying to install Wu-ftpd with Red Hat 8.0 for some reason it will not let me install. I try to following the HOWTO configure/install/implement from wu-ftpd website and it still will not let meinstall. the verson i try to install is wu-ftpd-2.6.2. Please Help. thank you.
