How to make computer reboot (NOT shutdown) after hybernation – WinXP

Hi, i have 2 operating systems on my pc – linux and windows. When moving from one to the other, it would be great for me to end windows with hybernation, get a reboot, enter linux, then come back later to windows through hybernation file to speed up the bootup. However, i don’t know how to tell windows not to shutdown the computer after hybernation, but to reboot.

Any help?
