how to make dialup connection on Linux Redhat 9.0

hello all
i need some help for linux redhat 9.0 i have install in my computer and i have external U.S Robotics modem 56k so its detected but i don’t know how to make a dailup connection i searched alot in the google but therey is alot of options i m just new user so plz hlep me out i will be very thanks full to you
