How to make the OS Selection menu in Fedora?

Hi Experts ,
I am using Windows XP.Recently i installed Linux Fedora.But now at time of booting it is not asking me to Select the OS.Directly going to Fedora.How can i avoind this problem?..How to set the Boot time or How to extend the boot time in Fedora?
