How to migrate from cc:mail to Exchange

I am planning to migrate my cc:mail ver 8 to MS Exchange 5.5. Could anyone assist me in this? I have been to Microsoft website but I couldn’t find a step-by-step procedure to migrate my messaging server. What I got was best practices and stuff like that…
