How to open Jpeg attachment with Outlook 2005?

Used to be able to open jpeg attachment from Outlook 2005 directly. Not anymoer it stopped one day. I read a bunch on this subject, someone suggested to change the email attachment in the tool option then security. don’s have that on my computer,
can someone help me?
