How to remove a System Driver in XP???

I installed a Sunix Multi-I/O card and the distributed drivers. There were problems, and I eventually removed the software (in Add/Remove Programs), and the card itself. My system boots and runs, but Msinfo shows the three Sunix drivers as still being present (Stopped, Manual). The device does not show up in Device Manager, even displaying Hidden Devices. Is there a way of removing them entirely??

The reason I ask is that if I plug the Sunix card back in and boot the system, it hangs about 60 seconds after the desktop is displayed, maybe when Found New Hardware as about to run. I suspect that the (faulty) drivers are being activated.
