How to reset file browser’s last location

Let’s say I upload a photo to Facebook, to do that you use the Windows file browser and pick an image. When you to do that again, the browser remembers from which location you uploaded a photo previously.

How do I reset that data completely, so it goes to a default location ex. My Documents. Preferably I’d like to even disable the file browser’s ability to remember the last location, but just reseting it will suffice.
