How to retrieve a contact from Outlook that I deleted by accident

Hi,
I have another issue with Outlook.
I hit the delete button by mistake while I was on a contact in Outlook. There was no message asking if I was certain I wanted to delete this info.
I have tried many different ways to find the deleted contact and cannot. Help!!!
