How to routea document

Hi I am trying to route a word document. It works if everyone in the office. Most of our users travelles a lot. They check their mails using OWA. Here the problems comes. They cannot route the document with the default web page. They need to save their doc in hard drive and re send.
Now this is my question:
1. What is the best way to do the routing
2. How can i do this one in real time. what is the procedure todo that.
