How to see in Chrome Dev Tools the incoming video streaming bitrate etc?

I’m trying to debug a site that has (essentially) random streaming videos, and I think the lag is due to some videos being streamed at far too high of a resolution and/or bitrate, but I’m struggling to see how to view this in Chrome for the running stream.

I’m also struggling to find anything online about how to do this (maybe I’m using the wrong terms).

Are you aware of how to do this, and would you please leave any steps to try? Thx
