how to “sell” a green data center project?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working for the last few days on the analysis (paper work) of starting a green data center company.
We found no difficulties on the technical side of the idea (servers, storage, networking, etc) but we do on the political (government) and economical side.
Starting a project like this in my country will require political and financial support in order to get the project started so here a I’m asking you about your experiences about how this is implemented in other countries and if you have any experiences/ideas to attract investors to this kind of projects.
If there is some information I’m missing here please let me know and I will add it immediately.
