How to send a CFMAIL to PDF printer?

I’m not sure if this is even possible, but if it is…. How do you code a CFMAIL email to print to a PDF document and then sent as an email (as an attachment) to the recipient? In other words, how do I get the CFMAIL message to appear/attached as a PDF to the recipient?
