How to set Delivery restrictions in a new email account created by script

Hi all.

I have a script to generate AD users and its exchange mailbox. I wish to set delivery restrictions when i create the user setting a max size in kb in sending and receiving emails user property and i am looking for a code to do that. any suggestions?
