How to Set up the Microsoft Outlook 2003 Task to use with a group

I would like to set up the Microsoft Outlook 2003 Task for project management . All assignments, responsible persons, and due dates for my department would be set up in here. I want to set it up and update it from my computer, but be able to share the view and updates with the group. Similar to a action matrix. How can I do this?
