how to setup a call center without CTI

Can we setup a call center without CTI,ie only with a PBX system.The calls will be going from india to U.S.A.we are planning to take a 64KBPS IPLC line and connect it to PBX to make calls from India to U.S.Is it possiblt to do like this,Please help me
