How to Setup a Network and Internet using a Cablenet and a Switch

Hi,
I have 3 Computers named as PC1, PC2 and PC3 all running Windows 98.
I want to connect network using a switch not a (Cable DSL/Router) AND internet through cablenet.
1. PC1 will be connected to Internet through a Cablenet so do I have to use 2 Lan Cards, one for Cablenet and the other for Networking in PC1. If YES tell me how to configure the TCP/IP and other configurations and If NO what is the other way.
2. PC2 and PC3 will he having its own Lan cards to connect each other, so can u tell me how to set 3 PCs for Networking and Internet using a SWITCH and CABLENET.
