How to setup MNF On-The-Go on Nokia E71

hi there… I’m trying to install MyNetFone On-The-Go application on my Nokia E71. As per the instructions on the setup guide it says that it should ask me for user and password but after installation i’m just getting a blank screen. Now if someone know why its happening then please help me out installing and make it running..
