How to tell Which Sharepoint products I’m running?

Hello all,

I’m having a variety of problems managing my Sharepoint sites. I’m
sure a lot of them stem from not knowing what services I’m running, or
at the very least, this complicates researching answers. I’ve asked
around my organization, but no one seems to know for sure and guesses
have been contradictory.

How do I determine whether I’m running WSS 2.0 or 3.0, and whether I’m
running Sharepoint 2003, 2007, or neither?

For what it’s worth, my suspicion is that we’re running WSS 2.0 and no
MOSS at all, if that’s possible.
