how to use Excel formula to Excel VB code

I have drop-down in Excel (restricted list located in different worksheet but in same workbook), it shows Country Name to user. However, what I wanted to do is let the user select the Country Name but put Country Code in the cell. Thanks in advance.

sheet1 – where the list is located
Column A – Country Name
Column B – Country Code
