How to Utilise the knowledge?

I am a Telecom Engineer with experience in gateway switching (axe-10/ericsson) and broadband technologies ( overall sdh,NMS using HP-OV,WDM etc) and other technologies.
Total experiance 11 years.
Market in India is booming in Telecom right now.
Iam working in a decent firm with decent pay .
But I feel I am underutilised and want to use my hardwork and knowledge to gain more ( financially)
Can anyboy advise me what are the avenues I can choose to upgrade myself? ( other than swiching present job)
