Due to our IT department morale was at an all-time low, the department head ordered me to identify the reasons, to look for the policies to help solving those problems and to write a management plan to implement the policies.
I have identified the problems and knowing what policies could help to solve those problem. I, however, have never written management plan before. I just wonder if there is standard structure/format for writing this kind of management plan. Thanks in advance for your help.
