How track the flow of an Access Database

I inherited an Access database that is a monster. My problem lies in the fact that it has over 200 queries with 20 tables. It also pulls information from many other tables. Is there a way to follow the progression and track what it is doing? Anyhelp or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
