how transfer from tech. to manager

I’ve been in DBA for many years and dont see any bright future even I got OCP. So I am thinking switching back to management level such as Project manager.

Most likely HR or IT Director will ask you how to switch yourself back from technical mgt to project mgt. It ‘s different in some sense. what will be most perfect answer ?
