HP 4200 Network Printer Errors

We have a HP 4200 Printer that is used by 30+ people in one section of the office. Since a couple of days ago no one has been able to print correctly on the printer. When on person wants to print multiple pages it prints all the pages on 1 page. Strange I know. Then if someone changes the print settings it changes the print settings on all the computers. We have all reverted to an old network driver, installed a newer driver, installed the original driver and everything else. What could be the issue?
