HP Laserjet 3550 not collate when printing from Adobe

Hi,

The network HP Laserjet 3550n printer will not collate when I print more than one copy of a document from Adobe. I checked all of the settings on the printer and from within Adobe and noticed that the collate checkbox is selected.

I can’t think of what might be causing it not to print in collate.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
