HP LaserJet 4l-power problem

I have an HP 4l laserjet printer. It has worked well for many years. About a week ago, it lost power. I tried all the outlets in my apartment–nothing. Took it to a repair place and it worked there. Took it to a friend’s hosue and worked there. Took it home and it doesn’t work in any outlet. (The outlets work well for my computer, tv, etc.). Tried a different power cord and the printer still didn’t work. Dose anybody have any suggestions?
