HP LaserJet 5000

I have 3 different 5000 series printers that are all doing the same thing.
They will print fine for a while, but then they start cutting off part of the page. Sometimes up to half of the page is blank. We have replaced power supplies, laser assys, jet directs and circuit boards with no success.
Does anyone have any ideas what might cause this?
