HP LJ 4300 – compatibility issues – Crystal Reports in Microsoft Small BiZ

I have a customer who has an HP LaserJet 4300 printer & is using Microsoft Small Business Solutions (w/ Crystal Reports embedded).

When the customer – attempts to print a report that is 20 pages to the HP LJ 4300 – Only 7 pages print ? ? ?

I checked the settings on the printer & Ram Disk is set to auto & the printer has 80 MB of RAM.

When I switch Off – Ram Disk – the printer will Only print 2 of the 20 pages.

Now if the customer exports the report to an Excel Spreadsheet – All of the report will print ! ! !

Has anyone else encountered a problem like this & what did you to to solve it ? ? ?
