HP Pavilion dv 1000 detect webcam sometime and doesn’t sometime

I have a problem in my laptop from long time that my laptop sometime detects the builtin webcam and sometime it doesn’t. Whenever it doesn’t detect the webcam, i restart the laptop and then it detects the webcam. I don’t like to restart my laptop just to make it detect the webcam. Is there anyway to fix this problem? Also, sometime laptop detects the wireless network and sometime it doesn’t, so for that i disable my wireless card and enable it back to make it work. Please help
