HP Pavilion – How to Adjust Brightness Control of Monitor

Hi,
Hopefully this is an easy question. There isn’t a problem with the monitor, but sometimes in the evenings I need the monitor not-so-bright, so it doesn’t bother people. Is there an easy way to do this? I can’t find a button.
