HP Pavilion Notebook DV 6000 Series Power Board Problem

Hi,
I have a Pavilion dv6129us. I dropped it a couple weeks ago, and the symptoms are just starting to show: the power button only works with a lot of pressure put on it. The power button LED doesn’t light, and the speakers don’t work. All these are connected to the same little board.

I have replaced the ribbon cable from the board – that was not the problem.

The board itself looks fine, but I’m not sure. The LED was lighting until a few days ago if I put a little pressure on the board area. Would anyone advise buying a new board (for only about $10) or could this be something else?
