HP-UX performance tuning and reporting

I come from a Solaris and Linux background. Shortly I’ll be involved in a project where we need to manage an HP-UX cluster’s performance and generate monthly reports about it.

What are the best ways and tools to do this?

Is there a small OpenView module included with HP-UX? Are the standard tools, like sar/vmstat/iostat/netstat, available?
