I am looking for a way to “lock” the pictures in Microsoft Outlook 2007,

Everytime I go online or synchronize Outlook with my Blackberry (using Blackberry Desktop Manager) the pictures in the contact files of Outlook update to whatever picture people have on their Facebook page. I don’t recall ever giving any program function authority to update from Facebook and can’t seem to find any link as to why this might be happening.
