I cant Unlock my pentium 4 processor 4550 series. HELP!!!!!

This computer was given to me by a friend. when i tried to set up computer it asked for usre and password. neither I or my friend have this info bieng that the original owner is nowhere to be found … What are my options if any…. Thank you
