I Computer Support Certificate

I want to know how to in the field of j Information Technology jobs. I have a certificate in Computer Support. I have completed the requirements for the A+. I have only worked as a computer operator and cook before ataining the Computer Support certificate. I do maintain my own computer upgrading and installations. I am also a middle aged person. Can you give me some advice.
