I get a vb error when opening ms word 00

one of our office pc’s running win98, gets an error message when the employee opens mord 2000. He had stated that the problem happened when he copied some old word templates into his working directory and opened them.

the eror reads as such:

“microsoft visual basic
run time error ‘-2147467259(80004005)
cautomation error”

has anyone encounter this before?
