I have a problem with an usb device

I have an FFB Usb Wheel and i instaled and the wheel works fine excepts force feedback. the device requieres 2.0 and i thought that i don’t have usb 2.0 and i bought an usb pci adapter but still doesn’t works.

Please help me.
