i have gotten a green screen after i log on

when i start my windows program it doesn’t get pass a green screen, i have tried to fix it using system restore but still nothing, and don’t have any cd-roms from my laptop anymore either,i am now working on it but on save-mode and networking.
what can i do to repair this dammage….???
