I have hp Pavilion zv5000 without Batteray

I have hp Pavilion zv5000, But the batteray and the addapter are lost, so bring an adpter for Hp lcd screen with (32VDC, 15VDC , 5ADC) and i take the 15VDC output and connected to the laptop but it doesnt work and it also make a low noise
