I need a cheap ISP with good support.

I need a cheap Internet Service Provider with good 24/7 support. I need at least 5 email accounts and space for about 30 pages.
I do not need Microsof extensions. Some sites will need to use a MSQL data base server. Most sites will be static.
If you would like to respond. Send me the following:
1. ISP name
2. Internet location
3. Telephone numbers
4. Monthly rate
5. No of email accounts allowed.
All sites will be dot coms and I dont want them buried in someone elses site.
