Ideal Budget For Disaster Recovery

I’m the project manager for US$50 mil. computerization project (hardware, software & development – exluding staffing). Now my second task is to develope a DRF for the project.

May I know, how much the ideal budget for disaster recovery facilitiescompared to the total ICT budget. Thank you
