I am trying to identify a isa modem w/lucent dsp, mac (i think) is 06:89:A3:00) other #’s 18382.a/iv90award, UPC N56606F75A,56611 Vo71398-OCS17f2. I am told it is for a compaq pc. Unfortunatelly I do not have the card to be able to give more details
