Identifying Minimum Technology Infrastructure to Manage Work within Graphic Digital Studio (pre-press, mac production, DAM system, OPI)

I’ve been tasked with developing a technology
infrastructure roadmap that identifies technology gaps
and associated plan to fill gaps in a phased manner by
end of Q1 ’04 as it pertains to maximum operation and
efficiency of a Digital Studio department made up of
Production Artists, Retouchers, Pre-Press, Traffic & Print
Production Managers.

For me this is a tall task as I have no experience in this
area. I served on a Six Sigma initiative, so I’m assuming
they think I’m well-versed in the task — but I’m not!!!
