IE 5.5 SP2 wipes out Scriptlt-Eyedg fix?

We’ve patched IE to IE5.5sp2. I checked the Microsoft sitepage that autochecks for the Scriplet/Eyedog vulnerability and find that on every machine running IE 4 or 5 which had the Eyedog fix put BEFORE the SP2 install now reads “vulnerable”. I can’tfind the answer on the MS KB: Does the IE55SP2 fix wipe out the fixes to prevent KAK?
